What is the Weber Genesis E320?
As you can tell from the picture – it’s a freestanding gas barbecue grill that includes an enclosed cart – used to house the propane tank. The grill is available in three different colors, shown here in black. Other colors include copper, green or in a fully stainless steel version.
If you have a natural gas line already available on site, then you can go for the natural gas version, available only in black.
The cart is designed mainly to keep the propane tank out of the way – but there is a “bonus” – a precise gas tank meter, so you won’t have to guess when it’s time to refill your propane. Your Weber Genesis E320 propane won’t run out because there the grill features a scale that tells you when you’re low on propane.

What sort of heat output can I expect with the Weber Genesis E320 Propane?
Since this grill uses propane, the fuel is efficient and burns clean. The main burner will put out 42,000 BTU’s (British Thermal Units) per hour. Some may find that to be “low” considering the price – but the fact is that Weber gas grill are simply energy-efficient.
This is plenty for the main burner, since it can reach 500 degrees in about 10-15 minutes consistently. When you think of barbecue – it’s what childhood dreams are made of, like an anchor for your memories. In the background of family get-togethers, Fourth of July grillouts, and a time where life was a bit simpler – at the heart of it all is this “appliance” that is much more than that.
Weber grills are more than simply an outdoor stove top – they are a memory-maker and time machine. That might sound a bit over the top – “time machine,” really? Maybe it’s just me, but when I see a grill, I hearken back to times spent with my parents when the world seemed much bigger.
There was dad, at the BBQ, dousing the flames with his ice cold beer when the flames would get out of control. Sure, it was an excuse for dad to grab another beer (“Just in case,” he’d say to me, twinkle in his eye), all I knew at the time that everything was in its rightful place.

That’s not a moot point – getting your grill from the local hardware store to your home will be a chore and a two-man job at least. If you can lift 200 pound boxes without throwing out your back, delivery is the best choice.
